Who We Are

A Platform Built Around People in Sport

The Safe Sport Hub was created with one purpose in mind: to make safeguarding and safety management more accessible for sports organisations of all sizes. We know that clubs and governing bodies want to do the right thing. We exist to help them do exactly that.

Based in Dumfries, Scotland, we work with sports organisations to provide the tools, resources, and support they need to protect participants, meet their compliance obligations, and build a safer environment for everyone involved.

Our Story

Why We Started The Safe Sport Hub

The idea for The Safe Sport Hub grew from a recognition that many sports organisations, particularly smaller clubs and community groups, were struggling to manage safeguarding and safety reporting without clear, dedicated support.

We set out to change that by creating a straightforward digital platform that puts the most important tools and guidance in one place, making it easier for organisations to stay on top of their responsibilities without needing specialist knowledge or significant resources.

What We Believe In

Safety First

We believe every person who takes part in sport deserves to feel safe. Everything we do is driven by a commitment to improving safety and wellbeing across the sporting community.

Safety & Safeguarding

Safeguarding should not be complicated. We design our tools and resources to be clear, practical, and easy to use, no matter your level of experience.

Support

We are more than a platform. We are a partner. Our team is here to help organisations understand their responsibilities and feel confident in how they manage them.

Our Team

The People Behind the Platform

The Safe Sport Hub is led by a dedicated team with experience in safeguarding, sport governance, and digital solutions. We are passionate about the role sport plays in communities and committed to helping organisations protect and support their participants.
